I am pleased to inform you that Good Shepherd Ministries has been awarded the Toronto Centre – Ward 13 Community Builder Award. This award is given to Good Shepherd Ministries for its Passion and Commitment to Community Building.

A section of the scroll presented by Councillor Chris Moise reads, “The very foundation of your organization, cemented in compassion, justice and your ability to tackle our community’s complex issues while maintaining a positive relationship with and displaying genuine care for the surrounding neighbourhood is a beacon of hope for all.”

This award is additional testimony to the ongoing positive contribution of the Brothers, the Board of Directors, coworkers, volunteers and donors.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued outstanding work and for your commitment to the mission of Good Shepherd Ministries ( a mission of the Hospitaller Order of St John of God)  and the clients we serve.
