We are currently accepting applications for a Manager, DARE Program (full-time onsite). Reporting to the Assistant Executive Director, the Manager, DARE Program enhances the dignity and quality of life of our clients through his/her assumed responsibility for the operational planning, execution, and evaluation of the DARE program. This is accomplished through fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management that is respectful of the needs and dignity of our clients.
Through responsible leadership and effective role modelling, the Manager, DARE Program collaborates in the planning, development and maintenance of policies and procedures that reflect the Mission, Vision and Values of Good Shepherd Ministries. He/She will conduct his/her activities in a manner that reinforces and affirms the dignity of our clients, the value and importance of our employees and the difference that they make in the lives of those we serve.
