Reporting to the Executive Director, the Senior Manager, Senior Manager, Shelter/Residential Support & Operations will enhance our clients’ and residents’ dignity and quality of life, while providing hands-on guidance and supervision to ensure smooth functioning/operations and achievement of operational and strategic goals. You will assume leadership and managerial responsibilities for the service delivery of shelter, residential, clinical services and facilities for the programs of Barrett House, St. Joseph Residence, Econo Lodge, Shelter Hospitality services, IPAC Emergency and Healthcare management under his/her supervision
