Thanksgiving food drive

On Thanksgiving Monday – October 9th – Good Shepherd Ministries’ dedicated team of coworkers and volunteers will provide exceptional hospitality as we serve upward of 1,500 meals to people who are hungry, homeless and vulnerable in our home at 412 Queen St. E..

On most other days of the year, we serve on average 1,000 meals to those in need and are only able to provide this level of support thanks to the generous support of our community.

Bless those who are here and those who are in our hearts, and all those who are not as fortunate on this day. —Patricia Gore

help provide A HOT thanksgiving MEAL to people with nowhere else to turn but good shepherd.

DONATE A HOT MEAL

Going into the winter months, our supplies are low and we need YOUR help to fill them so we don’t turn anyone away from our meal program. The cost of providing 1 meal to those in need is $3, and your generous donation can help provide 10, 20 or 100 meals for people that will otherwise go hungry.

That’s where YOU come in. Organize a food drive for the benefit of Good Shepherd. Grab a group of friends, family or even create a corporate or school challenge – who can collect the most non-perishable food items. To participate or to discuss a pickup or drop off, contact [email protected] or call 416.869.3619 x 229.

Make a monetary donation here, or contact [email protected] or call 416.869.3619 x 277.

Your generous gift will enable Good Shepherd to purchase supplies in bulk.
